Question

I recently downloaded TWiki software for Windows (XP), unzipped it and have reinstalled it several times looking for twiki.cfg in the c:/twiki/lib directory but I am yet to find it - please help!

we dont use twiki.cfg anymore. we use a cgi-bin script called configure to create and manage the replacement LocalSite.cfg file (that is created derived from the TWiki.spec file (and Config.spec files from plugins)

You might want to check WindowsInstallCookbookForTWiki04x01 .I have explained the complete procedure for 4.1.x. Please let me know if something is missing
