Question
Hello,
I just downloaded and attempted installation using the .dmg file for Mac OS X Tiger (twiki-4.1.1.dmg).
The first time through the question/answer session in the terminal window, the script asked me to enter a bunch of numbers corresponding to ftp sites from which various perl modules might be downloaded.
I entered only one number, thinking that one site was as good as any other, but that site (ftp.wayne.edu) did not have permissions set to allow downloading of a specific module and so the installation failed.
I tried running the installation .pkg file again, and this time was allowed only to "Upgrade" my installation, and the current Twiki installation file was used, not allowing me to specify other sites.
I have erased the Twiki .cpan directory from my home and the temporary twiki directory in /var/tmp, but each time, the previous twiki installation configuration file seems to be persistent, and downloads are attempted automatically from that one site which I specified in my original installation.
I have even used various combinations of unix find and grep to attempt to find the twiki installation configuration file which prevents me from doing a new "from scratch" install.
Where is that configuration file stored, on my Mac OS X disc?
