Question

I followed what the documentation told me to activate Mail Notification. but it seems there is no notification being send to the persons registered in the WebNotify list. What other things should i check? or is there anything i missed? Can you please tell me again step by step how to configure MailNotification with examples please? thank you

Debug time. Check this:

• Is send e-mail working? E.g. is user registration working?
• Is mailnotify working if invoked from the shell? Go to the twiki/bin directory and execute ./mailnotify
• Is your crontab entry correct? It would be helpful if you fill in the environemnt details, Unix and Windows are different.
