Question

Hi, I have got Apache level authentication to Ldap/Active Directory but i have a few issues with that, Our usernames are in the format intialsurname

i.e ldo if their are two users with the same initials and surname then the format is firstname.lastname

1. The problem is when logging in with apache and the username has a period. it drops off the first name and only displays the last name.

2. The users do not have a page automatically so all users appear as main.user is there a way to automatically create this page on first logon? i did see another support question on this but from what i understand it cant be dont in the current release?

3. Our users are split into multiple OU's in LDAP, When you try to specify the ROOT of LDAP you dont get any results so you have to Specify at least 1 OU but this excludes certain users do you know a work around for this issue?

My ldap config at : AuthenticationWithApacheAndLDAP
