Question
Hi All..Please forgive me up front if my Twiki lingo is not correct-I'm totally new to Twiki..however, I'm the network admin here at my location and have recently setup the TWiki server on our Intranet server for our Tech Writing Group. The install went great and Twiki
is up and running.
However, we ran into an issue last week, where we created a new web site called Firmware. I have it listed in the
TWikiWebTables which points to bin/view/Main/FirmwareWebHome which is correct. I have it also listed in the
TWikiPreferences in the Set WIKIWEBLIST and it somewhat appears to be working --meaning....
Here's my problem, from my TWiki webs listed at the top right, I see the new Firmware web page it links correctly then when I click on Main and go to Firmware it links correctly but when I go to Twiki and click on Firmware it goes to bin/view/TWiki/FirmwareWebHome which is
not correct.
I've searched the answered questions and found some similar questions but not anything so far that will fix my mess (smile) -- Please help!
Julie

Answer
The correct link for both, the TWikiWebsTable and WIKIWEBLIST is
[[Firmware.%HOMETOPIC%][Firmware]]. (
Firmware.%HOMETOPIC% gets expanded to
Firmware.WebHome which is the syntax to link to the home page of a web)
