Question

Just updated to Dakar from Cairo. One of our users had pages like [[ FOO Vs. Bah Humbug ]] which in cairo would go to the page FOOVsBahHumbug. But this doesn't work in Dakar, and all the links don't go anywhere. Is this a bug or a feature?

There have been many code and spec changes in Dakar. In your examplem, Cairo points to FOOVsBahHumbug, and Dakar points to FOOVs.BahHumbug, e.g. topic BahHumbug in non-existing web FOOVs. You need to change your links to to reflect that, e.g. [[FOOVsBahHumbug][ FOO Vs. Bah Humbug ]].
