Question

I have set up twiki on apache. I use https and short urls. When I go to a bin/edit/* all embedded files (js, css) and links (a tags) are broken: they all point to http://* instead of https://* Any cure?

Check your path settings in configure. The strings set in the paths there are used in constructing most URLs that TWiki uses.
