Question

My problem is very similar to RegisterNotCreatingHTPasswdEntry (in the Answered Questions section) except that once I fill in the HTML form and click "submit", I get another popup box asking for username/password ...

I checked to make sure I did everything suggested by RegisterNotCreatingHTPasswdEntry, and it seems OK. What else to try?
