Question

I've just started with Twiki, and the installation and configuration seemed to go OK. At the moment I can edit existing documents, but each time I'll try to register myself as a new user, I'll get 500 Internal Server Error. There is nothing in the server error log. Can anyone give some tips, what to do next?

TWiki version: TWikiRelease01Sep2004
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: RedHat 9.0
Web server: Apache 2.0.40
Perl version: 5.8.0
Client OS: Windows XP
Web Browser: FireFox PR1.0
