SID-00062: Error 500 Internal Server Error when loading CSS/JS

I was able to run through the configure script correctly, and everything appears to be installed/working, but i can't load any of the CSS or Javascript files. When i try and view them in my web browser, i get 500 Internal Server error.

The apache log reads:

[Wed Jan 28 16:05:00 2009] [error] [client 64.20.203.2] Premature end of script headers: base.css

I have a feeling it's trying to execute my CSS file as a perl script...

Please help!

Not everything related to twiki can live inside the cgi-bin folder. moved everything but /bin outside of cgi-bin, deleted the config file and re-ran configure. whoops.
