Hello,
How can I prevent the TOC from appearing in the printable view of a topic (cover=print)?
Sometimes TOCs can be very long, and they are not useful in the printed version of a topic.
Thank you!
Kathy

Discussion and Answer
Note: I am working on a topic, that will be a report including several other topics, all with the same headers (each department has their own topic, formatted the same with the same headers).
When I include the topics for each department, each TOC variable expands to include ALL the headers in all the included files.
Example: each department's topic has 2 headers in its TOC, "Recommendations for Improvement", and "Actions to be Taken". When I include 4 departments' topics in this topic I want to be the report for all departments, I get this in each TOC:
Recommendations for Improvement
Actions to be Taken
Recommendations for Improvement
Actions to be Taken
Recommendations for Improvement
Actions to be Taken
Recommendations for Improvement
Actions to be Taken
Does anyone know how I can stop this?
Thanks!

On TOC: Not sure. Try a conditional TOC with an IF based on URL parameter on print view. More at
VarIF,
IfStatements.
On INCLUDE, insert STARTINCLUDE below the TOC.
