SID-00094: Attachments of type docx will not open

Simple file attachments (MSWord docx without special formatting) will upload and display in the Attachments listing, where they show the correct filename. However when clicked, the download window shows the filename is now a .zip instead of a .docx and when I procede to Open, I am taken to an unzip window with a raft of files shown (but never the filename that I'm trying to open). Unzipping and opening results in jibberish. What's wrong?

Thanks Martin. That is absolutely the answer. I have tested it and everything is now working fine.
