Discussion and Answer

This problem will come whenever I install any plugin , does someone can help me ? thanks .

I do not know about Windows, but you might need to define a HOME environment variable to point to your home, such as C:\Documents and Settings\User

FYI, no need to InventCrypticTitle, a descriptive title is OK for your support question.
