SID-00283: Restriction on doc size that the latex plugin renders.

Is there a restriction on the size document that the latex plugin will render?

I have found that I need to break the document up with a number of %BEGINLATEX% ... %ENDLATEX% to get the whole piece rendered if more than a page. This would be fine if the text was not referring to Figures and or equations because each segment has no knowledge of what is in others.

Is there a way to fix this or work around?

This tool may not suit my purpose if not and I'll just stick with subversion to collaboratively produce documents and save twiki for discussions.
