SID-00334: I can't access configure script

Status: Answered Answered TWiki version: 4.3.0 Perl version:
Category: CategoryInstallation Server OS: Ubuntu 9.04 Last update: 16 years ago

TWiki is installed on Ubuntu through simple installation and running but when I try to run configure script I get 404 error: You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/twiki/configure on this server.

What gives?

Discussion and Answer

Edit the twiki_httpd.conf included in the apache configuration file and change in the section FilesMatch "^configure.*" the Allow from 127.0.0.1 to your IP address and the Require user JohnDoe to your user login
