Discussion and Answer
Sounds like a configuration issue. It's difficult to help out without more details. Please read the
SupportGuidelines.
Do users show up the Main web's TWikiUsers page? If not, something is wrong with user or e-mail configuration.
Does search work? If not, something is wrong with search setup, e.g.
{RCS}{EgrepCmd} and
{RCS}{FgrepCmd} settings in configure.
For TWiki on Windows with Apache, study
TWiki04x02WindowsInstallationGuide.

search doesn't work, I check the configure,{RCS}{EgrepCmd}=/bin/egrep %CS{|-i}% %DET{|-l}% -H -- %TOKEN|U% %FILES|F%
{RCS}{FgrepCmd} = /bin/fgrep %CS{|-i}% %DET{|-l}% -H -- %TOKEN|U% %FILES|F%
I don't know it is right or wrong.please give directions to me,thanks!

I install twiki according to
WindowsInstallCookbookForTWiki04x01.but the userlist is still empty.it is very strange.
