I recently installed the
BlackListPlugin and it is a fantastic tool!! However, I am running across an issue with the error screen that is displayed when users who are on the BANLIST try to access the site. The screen that comes up has the "oops" in the title, the headers and footers for the page and the "Attention" header. However, the message from the BLACKLISTMESSAGE parameter is not being displayed. I have not changed it from the default message. Users who get this page will not know why or how to rectify it if they are on the list by mistake.
Has anyone else come across this problem and is there a way I can fix it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Discussion and Answer
This is a know issue of this plugin on the TWiki-4.2 and later. That TWiki version had a spec change on handling "oops" messages, e.g. the plugin needs to be updated (pending).
