SID-00626: Exporting without plugins ("out of the box")

Hi there, I have a need to export a certain web in any form (static), and can't get my sysadmin to get any export plugin installed by my deadline. I don't want to copy-paste every page into a document, or save each page individually, as that would take a while. Is there an "out of the box" method to export an entire web?

Get the list of topics on that web by visiting WebTopicList in that web, and spider the content by using wget, CurlTool or the like.
