SID-00654: HTTP 500 Error while accessing TWiki

I have just installed the Twiki and configured onto my Linux Server. Fixed all errors, warnings, password settings and file/directory permissions, required software versions/releases like
RCS, FIND, GREP, Perl etc.,.
When I try to go to: http://<server>/twiki/bin/view/
Received following error:
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
What you can try:
Refresh the page.
Go back to the previous page.

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

Login to the shell of the server via ssh and check the webserver error log. Please specify what webserver & version, OS & version you have.
