Supposable Linux. Or did you asked which Linux distribution is the most popular?

Most installs I have seen are on one of the Linux distributions, such as Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, openSUSE or Debian. TWiki has been installed on many OSes, from PDA to Mainframes. Native Windows install is possible, but a bit challenging to get all the dependencies right.
