Was upgrading a copy of the VM from 2007 to the latest version and was able to get everything working EXCEPT Log In, Edit and Register.
I have been trying to find any references on these pages, and on the Internet in general to no avail.
I suspect this is something I missed in configuration, but I've gone over it for about 40 hours and couldn't come up with anything.

Discussion and Answer
I have the same issue with a fresh install of Twiki 4.3.2 on Solaris 10. Nothing in the warn.txt except the "TWiki::Plugins::TWikiNetSkinPlugin::initPlugin" messages.
Any clue?

what do you see in your Webserver(Apache) log (access and error)? must be some Perl module missing which is required in installations of TWiki

no errors in Apache error_log, in access_log I see Apache returning 200 for each login/edit/register

May be - this is issue with your templates,
Please append ?skin=print or
?skin=pattern to your urls and see the output...
If you get success then you need to set SKIN variable to proper value or fix skin templates.

Thanks for your help.
I have tried with ?skin=print and ?skin=pattern, login/edit/register are still blank. It works fine with "normal" pages though.

please check the permission of
bin/login,
bin/edit,
bin/register
If this does not work, let us get connected on TWiki's irc.
I work from India - so available in IST (GMT+5:30), in the evenings, timezone.

I am having the exact same problem when upgrading to TWiki 4.3.2 from 4.2.0. OS is 32-bit RHEL5 on a VM, httpd2.2.3, perl5.8.8. None of the suggestions above made any difference.

I was using the upgrade.tgz when I had this problem. When I reinstalled using the normal installation .tgz file, this problem went away, so I have no issues now.
