Hi,
I have a working and active version of Twiki 4.2. I installed version 5.0.0 today and found that I am not able to get any of the LDAP plug-ins installed. Below is the out put from when I manually try to run the
LdapContrib installer.
Thank you in advance for your help.
[root@xtgpl-km01 twiki5.0.0]# perl ./LdapContrib_installer
###
LdapContrib Installer ###
This installer must be run from the root directory of your TWiki
installation.
* The script will not do anything without asking you for
confirmation first (unless you used -a).
* You can abort the script at any point and re-run it later
* If you answer 'no' to any questions you can always re-run
the script again later

* LdapContrib depends on cpan package IO::Socket::SSL >=1.0
which is described as "Optional"
But when I tried to find it I got this error:

Discussion and Answer
Not sure why
IO::Socket::SSL is option in the documentation. Please try after installing this module.

Hi Sopan, I do not understand your response. I am not able to install any of th LDAP modules. Has Twiki 5.0.0 been configured with LDAP on
CentOS? How can I get LDAP authentication plugged in?
Thanks again, Robert :~)
