SID-00883: ApacheConfigGenerator has no option for TWiki 5.0.0

The installation instructions at TWikiInstallationGuide recommend generating the Apache configuration file using the form at ApacheConfigGenerator.

However, this form currently has options only for "4.3.x and 4.2.x" and "4.1.x". Are there any differences in the required or recommended configuration in TWiki 5.0.0, or is the config for 4.3.2 still OK? Can the config generator form be updated to include 5.0.x as an option?

It is the same for all TWiki versions. I removed the TWiki version radio buttons since they are obsolete.
