SID-00894: Email Not Going

I have configured Twiki also Email configuration is done but i'm not able to send Mail and getting error Net::SMTP. 5.7.3 Client does not have permission to submit mail to this server. Is there any authentication issue in Httpd or twiki configuration i'm using sendmail for sending mail and given address for corresponding of SMTP Server

Please help
