SID-00924: Attachments do not work with TopicCryptPlugin

When a topic uses the TopicCryptPlugin, it is no longer possible to add new or update existing attachments, regardless of whether one is part of the users authorized in "allowtextchange". Pre-existing attachments remain readable.

Trying to add a new attachment results in

• no file attached
• text "User TestUser made an un-authorized attempt to edit a crypted text"

Trying to modify an existing attachment (e.g. changing properties), results in

• attachment disappears
• text "User TestUser made an un-authorized attempt to edit a crypted text"

Tested as follows: %CRYPT_OPTIONS{allowtextread="Main.MyGroup" allowtextchange="Main.MyGroup" alt="## encrypted ##"}%

This is the password: {{Toto}}

Removing all Crypt tags from the topic, it again possible to work with attachments.
