SID-01014: Conflict between EditChapter and CamelCase notation

Status: Unanswered Unanswered TWiki version: 4.1.2 Perl version:
Category: CategoryPlugins Server OS: RedHat Linuy Last update: 15 years ago

We have installed the EditChapter plugin and have just discovered a problem: If you edit e section using EditChapter and this section contains Camel Case notation without a topic with that name the link is "expanded".

Do the following for reproducing:

  1. Write "test MyTest test" within a chapter and save the topic.

  2. You get: test MyTest? test
  3. Edit the correspondingt chapter with EditChapter.
  4. Save the topic.
  5. Edit the topic again.
  6. The topic contains: test <span class="twikiNewLink">MyTest<a href="/radix/bin/edit/Sandbox/MyTest?topicparent=Sandbox.KirstinsTest" rel="nofollow" title="Create this topic">?</a></span> test
How can we prevent that behaviour? Thanks for your help!
