hi, i have installed twiki but the installation seems to be broken can some one tell me whats wrong with it

You get this symptom if the TWiki pub directory not accessible via http. Likely caused by misconfigured {PubUrlPath} or {PubDir}, or by the pub directory not being readable by the webserver user.

Can you guide me what are the recommended settings for puburlpath, pubdir and what are the permissions needed to be given to Pub directory
