SID-01190: Spacing issues when removing TagMe skin

Working on migrating to 5.0.2. I don't want the tagme links on the top of the page, so I removed tagme from the SKIN config. Now my topic text gets partially pushed up under the top bar. Where's the quick place to add back in the equivalent spacing that tagme took up? I thought I saw this documented before, but I couldn't find it. Thanks.

Oop, I found that there were some stray USERLAYOUTURL and USERSTYLEURL settings clogging things up. User error.
