SID-01210: Outbound HTTP Proxy

In reading the documentation I find there should be a proxy setting under configuration:Mail and Proxies. When i go to this location there is no option for proxyhost or proxyport.

These cfg{PROXY}{HOST} etc settings are expert settings. To see the expert settings in configure, click on the [Yes I have read the documentation] button at the top.
