SID-01262: Uploading attachments leaves a temp file

When uploading any type of file to any topic, it leaves an temp file without any extension under the root directory. E.G., when I uploaded APC.pdf (122KB) file to an topic, I got an temp file D:\P1ujeiMAtf (122KB)

When I rename P1ujeiMAtf to P1ujeiMAtf.pdf, it opens the exact PDF that I had uploaded seconds before.

Any idea why those temp files are showing up ??

Note:- My twiki installation is under D:\Twiki\twiki

Could you upgrade to the latest release? In TWiki-5.0 we did a lot of changes to the upload code - there is a good likelihood that your issue is resolved.
