Is it somehow possible to hide all links under topic for specific group?
I mean links: Edit, Attach, Print version, History...

I recommend to upgrade. It is easy now with the
BackupRestorePlugin.

Currently this is not an option, so urgently need some perl function, that would return if user is admin or not...
