SID-01354: Will TWiki meet our needs, and if so, which solution is best

We would be interested in building a knowledge base of different commodities and services we use, what you need to know about each, which companies we use, and information about our current contracts. It seems like a wiki site might work well for this, but we're not sure, so would like to give it a try before jumping in with both feet.
