SID-01369: Problem with Configure Script

every time i try to run configure script I get following error: -

client denied by server configuration: /var/apache/htdocs/twiki/bin/configure

I only have .htaccess on bin dir with single line

SetHandler cgi-script

any clue ?????

Check the apache config file for TWiki. Make sure the configure script is not restricted, e.g. no deny by IP address and no require valid user. See also ApacheConfigGenerator
