SID-01466: I need to create Command Buttons

I want to create a command button that will serve as a time stamp. I don't have any knowledge of Perl Scripts. How do I get this command button and make it perform as a time stamp.

You do not need a Perl script, just some TML (TWiki markup). See examples at SID-00207, SID-00250.
