SID-01468: New .bib File not detected by BibtexPlugin

Hello everyone,

I just got started managing a TWiki website for my research group that was created a couple of years ago by another student. Would really appreciate some help fixing an issue with adding bib files.

I am trying to add references to my page using the following command:

%BIBTEX{web="Main" topic="Publications" file="trial.bib" sort="none" bibstyle="ieeetr" rev="off"}%

But I get the following error from bibtool:

Any idea what could cause this ?

The file trial.bib is located in the pub/Main/Publications folder of TWiki. There are a few other xxx.bib files also located in the same folder that were added earlier that seem to work fine. I noticed that this problem happens for any new bib file that I try to add, so it does not look like a bibtex syntax issue. Older bib files which were added by the previous sysAdmin work file. Also, all bib files have the same owner/permission settings.

Sorry for the long message. Any comments/suggestions on fixing this ?
