I work for a small business that uses twiki. However, our twiki was designed before out current IT team and we do not have documentation from the original developer. Is there a way to get the Admin password for our twiki, or even change the current password for the Administrator?

Discussion and Answer

You can't recover the admin password, but you can remove it. On shell level, edit twiki/lib/LocalSite.cfg and delete the $TWiki::cfg{Password} line. Then run the configure script to set a new password.

Where can I find the configure script to run for the password change?

In the URL, replace /view/... with /configure. I recommend to read the TWikiInstallationGuide.
