SID-01502: Linking Documents

One of my Twiki Admin users gets an error, "There was a problem retrieving the attachments list: Authorization Required" whenever she tries to link an attahment to a table. She has been able to do this up until about a month ago. No change to her account and I added her to the Admin group. Any thoughts why this would be coming up?
