The following TWiki ML causes the webserver to loop and the page not to render. The problem occurs even with the code encapsulated in <verbatim> </verbatim>. AFAICT The problem only occurs when the topic has no TOPICPARENT metadata field.
I have checked a recently submitted previous support forum question with ?raw=debug and that topic has a TOPICPARENT metadata field and so I am expecting (and hoping!) the bug will not manifest here when this topic is created.
The code is,
<verbatim>
- Set EDITMETHOD = %SEARCH{"* Set EDITMETHOD = " type="regex" format="$pattern(.* \* Set EDITMETHOD = ([^\n]*).*)"}%
</verbatim>
