SID-01658: New template

Status: Answered Answered TWiki version: 5.1.4 Perl version: 5.10.1

Hi,

How can I add new custom template for Main Web?

Currently I have updated default site-level template which ok, but if I want to create some ordinary page then it loads the default template which I have modified. I dont want that template for ordinary pages. I want just blank page with signature for ordinary pages and other template (which I have modified) to add pages of that type.

In other words I want to create one new custom template for Main Web.

Please advice.

Thank you, Sachin

Discussion and Answer

See template search path on TWikiTemplates. You can set a specific template in the Main web. It will take effect for the whole site. You can then redefine the template on a web level.
