Hello,
I got this error when I try to access
ChartPlugin's description page on our Twiki site:
TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information.
Undefined subroutine &Text::Wrap::wrap called

I also have the similar problem. But I checked that I have installed the Text:Wrap, and the access is set to 755

hmmm, I also meet this problem.
and I have install Text:Wrap.
it seem like that some other plugins take effect on it because at very beginning, this plugin can work.

I encountered the same issue. Strangely it was not caused by Text::Wrap not being installed. I was missing the GD module. On centos, I installed the missing module using following command: sudo yum install perl-GD
