Summary: Moved an ESX host running Debian Linux from one office location to a data center. Powered the ESX host back on and started up the Linux distro. I was informed the team using this could not access
http://domain/twiki/bin/view
. To their knowledge, they recall that something had to be started in order for them to view the site. Those that orginally set it up are gone of course and while I have restarted apache and run a couple of file access resets listed in the Answers page, none have changed the outcome. Needing some guidance and assistance as to why when Debian is back up, Twiki is not.

Discussion and Answer
The IP address changed very likely. You need to tell your system administrator to fix the DNS of your TWiki domain with the new IP address.
