I need help on exactly how to install the WYSIWYG editor for TWikiForWindowsPersonal with the same specs as it was installed with. Thanks!

Someone needs to step up and update the TWikiForWindowsPersonal to the latest TWiki version. That is the right approach to add WYSIWYG capability.

Alternatively, install the free VMware on your Windows and then DownloadTWikiVM. That is probably the easiest to get started with TWiki on Windows.
