I've been experiencing slow load times and even no response from time to time. After looking at the processes using top, I've found that grep is using up all of the available physical memory (16gb). the grep command will just hang until I kill the process (if I can even login to the machine at the time).
I haven't been able to replicate the issue on my own. I was wondering if there is a way to figure out what is calling the grep command.
Has anyone else experienced this?
