SID-01810: Your system may not support changing passwords through TWiki

I am having some problems with changing or resetting password.

1. If I want to change a password I receive "Your system may not support changing passwords through TWiki. Check with your TWiki administrator."

2. If I want to reset a password it reloads the page but the user does not receive any email.

Registering a new user:

1. Access check on UserForm failed. Action "VIEW": access not allowed on web. but... I receive email confirmation.

The user looks like this TestTest? - TestTest?

Any help?

Why are you trying to install/use such an old TWiki version 4.1.2? If you use a 3rd party distribution (Turnkey Linux?) I recommend to get support from them. I do not recommend to run such an old installation. The latest TWiki has no known security holes and the usability is much much better compared to TWiki-4.1.2.
