I have a user that is registered, but every time he tries to edit something it says that he's not registered and brings up the registration page. If he enters his data, it says that he's already registered.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Discussion and Answer
- Check the
.htpasswd entry in twiki/data in case you use TWiki internal password management.
- Check the entry in Main.TWikiUsers
- In case you have LDAP auth and use RequireRegistrationPlugin check the mapping from login name to WikiName, which can be in Main.TWikiUsers or in configure depending on your configuration.

We are using LDAP/AD and we the
RequireRegistrationPlugin is enabled.
It only appears to be one user that is having the problem.
Can we simply turn off the
RequireRegistrationPlugin, or will this cause other issues?

I'm still struggling with this. I tried removing and re-registering the user but no luck. I used the instructions at the link below to remove the user, then I re-registered which went fine. However every time I try to edit as that user I get the message "To edit pages on this
TWikiSite, you must have a registered user name and password."
HowToRemoveUsers
I am using LDAP/AD (You helped us set it up a while back).
I only have problems with this one user. Everyone else is fine.
Help!

Possibly an LDAP cache issue? You could try to delete or rename the LDAP cache file at
twiki/working/Work_areas/LdapContrib/cache.db. Please note that this will potentially assign different WikiNames to users if there are users with same first name and last name.
