SID-01884: Browser Cache Issue

I am facing issue with the twiki is when i edit a topic after save it is not show updated settings but when I press CTRL + F5 to refresh a page to show the updated settings. I think this is cache issue can possible to resolved it.

I have never seen this. Does this happen on TWiki.org as well with your browser? If not, do you have caching on the server using Squid or the like? If not, check the apache config settings.
