SID-01934: Access Denied Message - Editing Tag in Main Page

Hi All,

While starting fresh after registering the User I get following error while editing the new TAG

Access Denied Attention Access check on TagMeSearch failed. Action "CHANGE": access not allowed on web. Contact info@ghhdomainPLEASENOSPAM.com if you have any questions. Related topics: TWikiGroups, TWikiAccessControl OK

I do not understand what you mean by "edit the new tag", can you explain?

Hi,

After registering and logged into Twiki , I did the following

Went Top Home Menu -> (Clicked) -> Twiki Web

Now I got Twiki Documentation Page

I chose the option [Create New Tag] (it created)

Now, When I click on the new created Tag

It goes to Tag Search Tag

(Screen says "Showing Topics Tagged with "TestTag" by all users (Radio Button Selected) and GO (Button)

Now, if I click [Edit]

I get the following error

Ah, you are trying to edit the TagMeSearch topic located in the TWiki web. Unless you are in the TWikiAdminGroup you will not be able to edit any topic in the TWiki web. Topics in the TWiki webs should not be edited anyway.

There is no need to edit a tag, there is no such thing. Once you created a tag you can add it to any topic.

Yes if you refer to the TWiki.org TWiki. In your own TWiki you can create new webs and collaborate in those. Start at WelcomeGuest.
