SID-01966: Software error installation

We were installing twiki on nginx but we got the next error message:

Can't call method "ui" on an undefined value at /var/www/vhosts/appnoveno.com/httpdocs/bin/configure.pl line 451, <DATA> line 1.

Anybody that could know what is happening and what can we do in order to fix it?

That is strange. Did you set the lib path in LocalSite.cfg as per installation instructions?
