SID-02037: not able to open twiki(error-file not found)

i have installed the TWki 4.2 + Perl + Apache 2.2.8 in windows 7 and i followed installation guide in this link https://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/TWiki/TWiki04x02WindowsInstallationGuide#Downloads and when i get to TWiki configuration i cant open http://localhost/twiki/bin/configure

any help

Why the old TWiki-4.2? You would need to apply a number of TWikiSecurityAlerts patches.

Instead of a native TWiki install on Windows I recommend the TWiki-VM on VMware. It is much easier to install and performs better compared to a native Windows install. See and DownloadTWikiVM

I have done as you told but it is more confusing. so will u please help with my previous installation and now i have installed twiki 6.0.1 but still getting the same error.
