SID-02063: Undesired Values when using forms in templates

I am using forms in templates to creating a table which accepts Date and Title as inputs.

When refreshing the page, I am seeing undesired values in the form fields like "twikiInputField", "callFormDate" in the "Title" and "Date" fields. Some times, the text on the button is also displayed with "twikiInputField".

The behavior can be observed with the FormPluginExamples that comes with Twiki form plugin.

Can you please let me know how to get rid of this issue as I am under severe pressure to launch our wiki by the mid of next week. Any help would be appriciated.

Not sure I can help, I am not familiar with the FormPlugin.

In any case, it is easier to help if you provide more detail with examples.

Thanks for the quick reply Peter. The problem can be seen in the example page that comes with form plugin. Refresh the page 4-5 times and you can see some fields which are supposed to be empty but filled with "twikiInputField". Also, some button names will have this text on them.

I have no idea. Could be a bug in the FormPlugin or the CGI module version you have installed.
